We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on shared hosting services (excluding domain names, addons, and third-party licenses).

  • If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are only applicable for first-time purchases. Renewals are non-refundable.

  • After 7 days, no refund will be issued.

  • No refund is available if your account is suspended due to terms of service violation.


🔹 Domain Registrations

  • Domain name purchases are non-refundable.

  • Once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • Please double-check domain spelling and extension before completing the purchase.


🔹 Cancellations

You may cancel your hosting service at any time by contacting our support team.

  • For cancellations within the refund window (for eligible services), a refund will be processed.

  • For cancellations after the refund window, the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
