3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities carried out through your account.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

  • HostingTrex will not be responsible for losses resulting from the customer’s failure to maintain account security.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious communications.

  • Conduct hacking, malware distribution, attacks, or other malicious activities.

  • Consume server resources in a manner that negatively affects other customers or the hosting infrastructure.

HostingTrex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these terms or applicable laws have been violated.

5. Payment & Renewal

  • All services must be paid in full before activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Renewal invoices or reminders may be sent before the service expiry date.

  • Customers are responsible for renewing their services on time.

  • Failure to renew may result in suspension, termination, or deletion of the relevant service or data.

  • Domain renewal and registration are subject to the applicable policies and requirements of the relevant domain registrar or registry.

6. Refund Policy

  • A 7-day money-back guarantee may be available for eligible hosting plans, subject to the conditions stated in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

  • Domain registrations, domain renewals, and third-party licenses are generally non-refundable.

  • Setup fees, customized services, and certain add-ons may also be non-refundable where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HostingTrex and INDITECHNEX SOLUTIONS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services, including:

  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

  • Business interruption caused by service downtime.

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Issues, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including domain registrars, data centers, payment gateways, or other external service providers.

  • Customer-side configuration errors or misuse of services.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their website and other important data.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with payment providers, domain registrars, service providers, or legal authorities where reasonably necessary for providing services, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, or protecting our rights.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

HostingTrex may modify, improve, discontinue, or change the features, availability, or pricing of its services from time to time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
